Dance Machine
Premiere: 8 September 2008, TF1

A local adaptation of the Dance Machine format (distributed by RDF Media). Six real people from all walks of life face each other in three one-on-one dance-offs to imposed musical themes. The contestants have just one minute to win over the studio audience, who must pick the better of the two contestants. At the end of each duel, a winner will move through to the next round. The three winners in the first round have carte blanche for the next: they pick the music, the style and the accessories for their show. They have one minute to convince the audience and give a solo performance. The best two dancers move through to the final round, where they go head-to-head in a lively dance performance. The audience votes for the winner, who receives a €10,000 cash prize and a place in the grand final, where they compete for a €50,000 prize and the title of Dance Floor King.
